Jeff I’m wondering where my shine the light journal issue #2 I bought keeps hiding. I opened it the first time from somewhere and have read it twice, and now going for a 3rd time. How do I access the paid journals?

Also do you know how I could regulate my sugar and blood by utilizing animal fats? My knees have increasingly become weak and ears have long been ringing/itching. I know my kidney is stressed and feel fluid in my lower extremities (legs and ankles tingling/pulsating). I recently tweaked my knee out playing tennis but I feel it would not of happened if my weakness build up wasn’t there. Any specific Fresh vegetable purée to help with gout type swells? I mean my main question is how do I get what I need from animal fat (examples of animal fats?) without overload of protein which they say causes gout symptoms.

I emailed you about the journal. For gout, you likely have a buildup of uric acid in your joints. For that, you will need to neutralize some of the acid using alkaline foods. Making fresh raw carrot juice (1 cup juice) mixed with raw spinach juice (half cup) and 1 tbsp raw honey will help. Drink that mixture throughout the day and repeat every day or every other day until problems resolve. I also suggest a hot bath of 106 F for around 30 minutes every other day, or, a hot water bottle on the knee. This will help draw nutrients to the area and loosen the fluids. Tomatoes can also be eaten, but be very minimal because consuming too many tomatoes in a short period tends to have an inflammatory effect because of their acidity.

For blood sugar and fat, you must combine your sugars with fat to ease their metabolism and entrance into the blood. When you eat raw fruit or juices, incorporate a little cheese or butter with it. Eating plenty of raw egg smoothies in combination with the juice will benefit your condition. That is: 2 raw eggs, 1 cup raw milk (if no raw milk, use 1 raw banana), and 1 tbsp raw honey, then blend until smooth.

Proper fats are saturated animal fats like unsalted butter, raw cream, and raw milk. Butter can be pasteurized because saturated fat is more stable when heated (raw butter is best). Do not consume pasteurized milk.
