Within the French alternative health community, I have encountered an apparent sense of superiority, based on my personal experiences. It begs the question: Who granted such people the authority to dictate what constitutes good health?
In February of this year, a French publisher approached me, expressing interest in acquiring the rights to my book for European distribution, and sent me a contract and money offer. I agreed to the arrangement, but at the last moment when I was to sign the contract, the publisher backed out, requesting that I restructure the book without providing clear instructions. It eventually became clear to me that the publisher had not actually read or understood my book. I did not disagree that the book needed restructuring. After all, “The Age of Deception” was my inaugural book, and over the past five years, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience that has significantly enriched my understanding. The publisher promised that my book would be published if I made the requested changes. Considering the time and effort involved, I dedicated myself to the task of restructuring the book for publication.
